Cancelation, Tardiness and No Show Policy

We strongly believe that your time is valuable as well as ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time.  In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

Cancellation:

​

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of any appointment/'s , past that time frame the client will be charged a $30 dollar fee for the appointment. The same applies to now shows.  Payment is due that day and the card on file will be charged after a 15 minute grace period and the client has not shown up by then.  If for any reason we are unable to charge your account the payment must be paid before any future scheduling occurs.

Tardiness:

​

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals.  After booking your appointment either by phone or online please remember to create an account and fill out the intake form. This will streamline the process and spend more time relaxing.

 

Refusal to Give Service:

 

Please know that if the license massage therapist feels uncomfortable to give service to the client the license massage therapist holds the right to refuse giving service to any client.
